In this installment of Trailer Face-Off, we’re going to take a look at two very different trailers for Andrew Pyper’s new novel, Demonologist. The US trailer has live action elements and is framed with quotes from established masters of suspense.

The UK/Canada trailer leaves out the live-action elements and the narration, relying on digital graphics and music. In doing so, it has a very different feel to it.

So which one does the job for you? Is the live-action a help or a hindrance? Are you going to buy the book?
