A Literary Coffee and Tea Menu

I don’t know what you do when you get together with bookish friends, but when fellow Rioter Jenn and I had a sleepover a couple weeks ago, we found ourselves dreaming up literary coffee drinks. Jenn is the events director at WORD bookstores, and their Jersey City location (set to open in September) is going to have a cafe. Obviously, the cafe must have literary coffee drinks. Here’s our menu, created with the help of our fellow Riot contributors. All hail the hivemind! Any to add? You know what to do!         How Should a Latte Be? The Metamochasis The Gone-Away Swirl (black-and-white mocha) Tinker Tailor Soldier Chai The Old Man and the Tea English Breakfast of Champions The Oolong Goodbye Tiny Beautiful Beans (single shot) In Cold Brew The Great Gatsbean (we have no idea what’s in this beverage, but it’s too cute to pass up) Foamlandia Cappuccino Country for Old Men The Master and My Granita The Americano Adventures of Kavalier and Clay The Quiet Americano To Kill a Macchiato Murder on the Orient Espresso Dead Until Dark Roast The Percolators of Being a Wallflower Billy Lynn’s Long Half and Halftime Walk Your turn, readers!
