To be honest I would have thought the movement had started with coloring books of comic books because it seems like the perfect, and easiest, adaptation. The fandom is already built. Basically, it’s a win-win for everyone whether you color as your modern day “Calgon take me away,” like to get your creative juices flowing, or have no reason other than you just enjoy it.
